Custom Precision Spring Manufacturing Services
AARD Spring & Stamping provides precision spring manufacturing services for a variety of industries, in applications such as controls, switches, connectors and valves. In addition to our spring manufacturing services, we also offer design assistance and stress relieving services. Our spring manufacturing capabilities include compression, extension and torsion springs as well as barrel, progressive rate and tapered springs. We work with a variety of end types, including but not limited to, closed-end ground, double torsion and hook.
We manufacture springs with left or right helixes and in a range of metals, from alloy steel to beryllium copper, brass, Hastelloy, Inconel and music wire as well as 300 series stainless steel. In addition, we can work with chrome silicone up to .531″ in diameter. We also offer our customers a variety of finishes, such as anodizing, black oxide, passivation, phosphate and more. Our typical lead time is three weeks and we will provide rush services upon request.
