Since its inception in 1970, AARD Spring & Stamping has been synonymous with innovation, quality and service. The company enjoys a defined market presence in the precision design and production of compression, extension, and torsion springs; four-slide products (clips and wire forms), and metal stampings. We are pleased to also provide short run/secondary operations, prototypes, and customer engineering and design support.

In support of our ISO 9001:2015 standards, we are consistently striving to identify new technologies, enhance existing production processes, and develop innovative manufacturing procedures. Our goal is one of constant improvement. This has included the ability to use SPC techniques, matching statistical models for dimensional control, and rigid in-house capability review studies and histograms. In addition, our processing engineers utilize rigid X-Bar and R charting and testing procedures to ensure an upper and lower control tolerance within an acceptable CPK value.
